Acquisitions of artworks
We prefer the art lovers visit our space to discover and acquire an artwork. However you can acquire an original work directly from our website with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Select the artwork you are interested in, then please contact us for more information about your choice, shipping and payment details.
Take advantage of a 14-day trial to find the perfect place for your artwork.
And if you change your mind, you can return the artwork without needing to provide a reason or pay a penalty fee up to 14 days after receiving your order.
In the case that the right of withdrawal is exercised in the aforementioned time frame, the price of the artwork(s) purchased will be reimbursed by us as soon as we have received the artwork.
MAG Arts will accept the return of the work and it will be the buyer who covers the cost of returns.
The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent).
How to pay the order
Order can be paid by Bank Transfer, Bank Card or cash on collection.
Your invoice, expedition and purchase details will be sent by email.
Delivery
Delivery will take a maximum of ten working days from the date of your order, longer for countries outside Europe.
Each artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Works of our artists are already in private collections in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, United States, Great Britain, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Japan, Catalonia, Switzerland, Portugal, New Zealand.
We ship with our partners DHL (Trans-Atlantic/International Service), Mondial Relais (E.U. and U.K.) and Colissimo La Poste (France) .
The works are always insured and shipped with a tracking number.
